Why do I always update to the latest driver. IT NEVER ENDS WELL! ;_____;

Does anyone have problems with the newest Huion Kamvas 13 driver?  It's v14.7. I can't draw properly with it anymore. It is lagging like crazy, skipping strokes, pen buttons not working most of the time. Sadly I don't know where to get the older driver. It worked fine then. 

I tried reinstalling the driver many times. It's always the same result.

It can work fine and then it a few minutes later it won't let me click anything. Sai can't be the problem. As I said, it worked fine when the older driver. It started acting up after I updated. :/
