EDIT: Because someone just commented on this post and it’s very subtle and didn’t catch that. But in the beginning of season 1 episode 1:
Todd: Why so gloomy, roomie?
Bojack: First of all, we’re not roommates. You are my houseguest.
Todd: Well, we don’t need to put labels on things.
Did the producers already decide that Todd would be asexual when the show started? I mean I wouldn’t be surprised but as an audience I think it’s crazy how they could decide that and put it off until the end of season three to even start getting into it.
