Best thing that I've learned?
It's okay to not have everything together. It's okay to let people know that, in fact, you aren't okay when they ask "How are you?" Sometimes, those are the most beautiful moments you will experience. The second you let your guard down and allow the people you care about most enter into the pain and anguish you experience, you feel even closer. God intends for us to be vulnerable. The second we build a wall, we close doors to so many opportunities to learn to love those around us so much deeper.
