heeyyy, i've been using your replacement of Elliott's marriage dialogue and it's my favourite one! just wanted to ask if you're planning on adding some schedule changes similar to the immersive spouses?

I'm glad you like it!

I don't plan on doing much more to the mod other than adding festival dialogue. I have since moved onto other modding projects which include adding Reigen Arataka into Stardew.

Reigen Arataka Stardew Mod Update

I had to visit family in Arizona, so production is a little delayed. HOWEVER I do have a near finalized portrait sheet! Here's a sneak peak at a few of the portraits!

I have a good chunk of dialogue already written too. Although there is still lots of progress to be made.

Reigen came to Stardew on account of the abnormal amount of Paranormal activity that's been reeking havoc there. So, he sets up his tent in the woods in order to capitalize off of it. There, he helps the townsfolk with a myriad of paranormal and spiritual issues. His services are a bit fraudulent however, so he gets in the occasional spat with the Wizard. Expect funny and witty dialogue from this mod, along with some romance!

Getting back into modding, and I've decided to take up the challenge of adding Reigen Arataka into Stardew.

I've made a fair amount of assets already, but of course I plan on adding more expressions and some really neat animations.

I'll talk about story beats and event ideas in a later post.

Festival dialogue will not be in the initial beta release of the mod. This is in order to get the mod out sooner. When it is eventually added, there will be way more possible things that Elliott can say while at the festival. I achieve this by using random blocks within the code.

Of course I can make one of those things refer to some rendezvous within his cabin. : )

An update on the Elliott Marriage Dialogue Mod- math edition

I will release the beta version of the mod when I write 474 lines.

There are currently 352 lines. We're getting there.

shit i might be writing the largest marriage dialogue mod there is for Elliott on nexus now that I think about it uhhhh

Anyways, I did the math and if I round up, the mod is 75% complete as of me typing this. Good fucking progress has been made.

Especially since I can sometimes be a slow writer with a tendency to overthink.

Google says that this mod will likely be the size of a small novella by the time it's complete

Unserious Mod Idea

ive had this mod idea in the back of my mind for a bit uh

A mod where the children (Jaz and Vincent) become biblically accurate to real children

and by that I mean their entire dialogue is replaced with skibidi toilet brainrot.

so you'd talk to Jaz and shed be all like "what the sigma kai cenat" or something
