Reigen Arataka Stardew Mod Update

I had to visit family in Arizona, so production is a little delayed. HOWEVER I do have a near finalized portrait sheet! Here's a sneak peak at a few of the portraits!

I have a good chunk of dialogue already written too. Although there is still lots of progress to be made.

Reigen came to Stardew on account of the abnormal amount of Paranormal activity that's been reeking havoc there. So, he sets up his tent in the woods in order to capitalize off of it. There, he helps the townsfolk with a myriad of paranormal and spiritual issues. His services are a bit fraudulent however, so he gets in the occasional spat with the Wizard. Expect funny and witty dialogue from this mod, along with some romance!

Upon playing the game, I realized that you often get the same dialogue over and over again within marriage. Thankfully, I have fixed that- with Elliott’s dialogue, at least. Being a poet, Elliott should certainly not be repeating the same phrases as much as he does. This man should be a certified yapper. Now he is, with over 400 lines of marriage dialogue! The dialogue ranges from silly, to insightful, to sweet, to corny as all hell, and to a little spicy. Great for a more immersive experience!

That's 462/482 marriage dialogue lines complete.

Initial beta release for the mod is almost here, I'd give it just under a week.

Future modding plans include:

A second update for the Elliott Marriage Dialogue expansion. It will include more festival dialogue.

A shitposty mod turning Jas and Vincent's dialogue into complete brainrot

An emo themed furniture mod

More heart events for Elliott

My Elliott Dialogue Expansion mod (WIP)

Here are some things that may happen in my Elliott dialogue expansion mod;

-He alludes to mild allergies in the springtime

-He doesn’t know how to change the HDMI on the TV, so he asks you, the farmer how to change the HDMI

-He talks about going to the tide pools to search for baby crabs underneath the rocks

-He contemplates buying pomegranate scented candles for his room

-He stops you to stare at a praying mantis he found on the doorstep (as he should)

-He may lose his favorite pen (it’s stuck in his hair)

-He rants about how much he hates sea cucumbers

This is only a fraction of what I’ve written. So far I have about 29 pages (200-ish lines) of dialogue and I’m still not finished. A good portion has already been implemented into the game, and works pretty well. The mod itself is designed to showcase many aspects of Elliott’s personality. The dialogue ranges from, to insightful, to sweet, to corny as all hell, and to a little spicy

An update on the Elliott Marriage Dialogue Mod- math edition

I will release the beta version of the mod when I write 474 lines.

There are currently 352 lines. We're getting there.

shit i might be writing the largest marriage dialogue mod there is for Elliott on nexus now that I think about it uhhhh

Anyways, I did the math and if I round up, the mod is 75% complete as of me typing this. Good fucking progress has been made.

Especially since I can sometimes be a slow writer with a tendency to overthink.

Google says that this mod will likely be the size of a small novella by the time it's complete
