Enemy group I designed for the dnd campaign I'm currently running. So unfortunately I can't say somethings about them as to not spoil things for my players who might follow me.
They are a group of highwaymen cowboy drows. They ride giant jumping spiders and are seen robbing a train. They apparently have been sneaking out from the underdark to rob people traveling on the nearby road for centuries so when the train tracks were built, they adapted to rob that too.
They ride large jumping spider mounts.
‘Dread’ Marshall: The leader of the Gang and a bastard of a man. Been a highwayman his entire life and came up with this scheme when he saw the humans building the track. By far the strongest of the group and well respected. He's got a cool head and sharp instincts.
Groos Harris: Helps the leader manage and sell the assets, including the ‘slaves’ captured. He's the crews book keeper and is very no nonsense attitude.
Cooper Webmaster: He really cares for the spider mounts. He raised them all from little pups and trained them all really well. Fastest way to his bad side is to steal or hurt one of his spiders.
Wild Eyes Welverin: this sharpshooter has been part of the crew for a long time and taken a pretty bad hit to the face at one point. He takes medical herbs to help ease the pain from his damaged eye.
Dusty Daggers: Really enjoy the part of the robbery where they get to murder. They have SO MANY daggers.
Webb Ettercap: A recent addition to the team that didn't stay long. When the opportunity to sneak away presented itself, they stole a spider and left the crew. They're hiding something but the party hasn't figured that out yet. They filled the party in on some stuff and even offered advice before leaving. They look young.
