Let it Snow! //Open
It had been a relatively boring day. Neth sighed as he watched his paw while it lazily dangled from the branch he was laying on. His brother was perched just next to him.
With another sigh from the cub the phoenix finally decided to speak up. 'If you are so bored why have you not gone wandering? Knowing you you're sure to run into someone you know or even make a new friend.'
The cub turned to face his brother. "I suppose..." He said before standing and hopping off the branch. It hadn't been that far off the ground so he hadn't bothered using his full form to climb it. The moment he touched the ground was when he noticed a small white flake pass by his face. He glanced up and saw another...and another...and another.
One even landed one his head head and a cold wind suddenly blew by causing him to shiver. That's when he realized. "Snow! It's snowing!" He said happily.
Urúvion glanced at one as it landed on one of his feathers and melted on contact. 'Isn't it a tad early for snow?' he asked looking down to the Earth child who was hopping around batting at snowflakes and didn't seem to hear his brother. The Firebird sighed and shook his head, shaking a bit of water out of his feathers from the snowflakes that had mealted on him already.
He couldn't help but smile a bit though as he watched the cub prance around. 'It has been a long time since you last saw the snow...'
