Ranging || Jessica -- OPEN POST
Adjusting her grip on a curved walking stick, Jessica paused a moment beneath the trees, catching her breath. She hadn't been out in the wilderness for a while, but with wildfire season upon them, all hands had been called to be sure the woods were at least safe bordering Toon Town.
The lush greenery was a relief in and of itself, even if the magic of the Toon world tended to leak and produce things like, say, fully decorated Christmas trees or trees full of Jack O'Lanterns appear seasonally throughout the woods. She'd already passed a tree in a binkini and sunglasses, however, so perhaps the worst of it's influences were behind her. Pulling at her glove, Jessica maneuvered her walking stick closer as she looked uphill. It was all rocks and heavy shadows, the greenery lush here-- No sign of wildfires yet, to her relief.
Something else caught her eye, however, as she turned and called out, startled by the sudden movement:
"Hello? This is a restricted area-- Come on out, please!"
