Welcome to my nightmare, jk! #DetachedRetina fixed, second surgery, day 4 of recovery. Actually, minimal bruising due to ice face mask. Bloody tears are gone. Now time to heal up until silicone oil comes out in 4-6 months. No more scleral buckle! Retina was lasered flat! And have a good prognosis. Just the day to day pain and what seems like never-ending eye drop regime.
