he's a work in progress, mainly needing some audio clips to be a lil fix, but he's functional and mostly alright!
some specifics! his speed is 4. his weight is 7. his rivals are ecco, motobug and vectorman.
some changes from the last time i posted this mini project, some of his audio clips are different, more shading to his screen and his target sprite to make him fit in with the other racers more, and most importantly his colors. His colors are no longer dependent on his screen, but on his monitor. his screen will always stay the same iconic green. also using SLADE i gave him the flags for Machine and Badnik so underwater and exploding should be different than fleshy racers that sounds weird anyways um

Shizuo's eyes were narrowed behind the sunglasses that he wore, but he unconsciously lowered the vending machine that he had picked up with the intent to smash the flea under it and be ride of the nuisance for good finally when the words that he had said started to sink in.
Izaya was . . . Giving up? No it was clearly some trick to fool the blonde into lowering his guard so that he could gain the upper hand. "What kind of trick are you trying to pull now?!" He demanded his voice a dangerous growl as Izaya just stood there.
