Thoughts on the mia winter lil situation:
To be completely honest, the thing that pisses me off and disappoints me more than not having the main character feature in her own season (AMIRA) when they were executing it so beautifully is just how genuinely boring and plain the mia winter and winterberg clips have been. As a precious supporter (I loved their relationship and still do although I do think it would be healthy for them to break up) it frustrates me to see that they made a relationship that was playful and full of life and maturity currently have the interest of dry, bland and flavourless oatmeal. There’s nothing new that is actually being shared about them as a couple, this long distance thing is something that could have been shared in text messages or through a conversation with mia and Amira relating their experiences THROUGH Amira’s POV. If the DRUCK producers and writers felt it was so necessary to bring back winterberg and make it a centre point, maybe bring some actual life into it. But no. The couple now has the banter and life of cardboard.
Bring back mazzouk if not for actual decency and common sense of having the main character have actual screen time but for the GENUINELY MIND BLOWING chemistry this couple has and all of their problems and dynamic that make them so interesting. Their story is not complete and it’s so disturbing that anyone could think that.
