Theme Theft, Plagiarism and Non-attribitution, Liars, Thieves and More...

It’s very nice of you that you put me out there like this without even messaging me first. You don’t even have your askbox open, so I have to do this publicly. First and foremost — I don’t think you have done enough research. i have NEVER in all that time that I have been coding use a theme of the above mentioned theme maker. I have used a BASE CODE that was FREE TO USE and where the original maker DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CREDITED. I find it funny that you list me on here, because if you had TRULY checked my entire code, you would SEE that it’s DEFINITELY not from hollywhood’s themes. 

Actually it pisses me off like hell that you think you have the right to put me on here without doing proper research. To be completely honest with you, I am actually pissed off about this, because you give me the reputation of a fucking code theft even though I did no such thing. I never stole a code in my life ever. I costumized this code with a BASE CODE and with GOOGLE’S HELP. So if you would kindly MESSAGE ME, then I can prove to you that I have not stolen a hollywhood theme.

Entirely your own? Are you sure? The navigation isn’t yours. The base code isn’t yours. The flags aren’t yours. The scripts aren’t yours. Then you gave credit for the background and update tab to other people. Is there anything left in this code that you could actually claim is yours? Either way, if there is, you cannot claim that this code is entirely your own. It isn’t, and you admitted yourself that it isn’t.

Now let’s talk about how selling a theme that isn’t entirely your own is against Tumblr’s terms and conditions, and also illegal.

            it’s one thing being the ONLY seemingly exhausted person at a bar  ( she looks around and she can see people dancing there, people excitedly hugging there, some gross people kissing in a corner, and well, everyone chatting happily ),  but it’s another thing to have someone approach you with a giant smile on their face meaning  ‘ hello, I’m going to flirt with you ’  — this is not an attitude that delphine especially appreciates so she tries her best to nod and do whatever it takes to get out of the conversation. at the moment, none of her excuses have worked — nobody is calling her on her phone and since it’s on the counter she can’t just pretend that its screen magically turned on and started vibrating. and there’s nobody she knows at the bar either — it’s not like she goes here often. today was just one of those days. an exhausting day doing research on american literature — oh how she loved being a research student.
