If I cast Taigams Scheming and decide to put a Narcomeaba into the grave does it trigger and come out to the battlefield?

Yes.The cards you're looking at are all still in your library while you're resolving Taigam's Scheming, so any cards that are put into the graveyard go there from your library. This means that cards like Narcomoeba, Creeping Chill, and Gaea's Blessing will all trigger if put into your graveyard during the resolution of this sort of effect.

I have Kiln Fiend on the battlefield and I cast Twisted Image targeting the Kiln Fiend, upon resolution of the spell, I cast a second copy of Twisted Image with the same target. What size is my Kiln Fiend?

Kiln Fiend will be 7/2.

When determining the power and toughness of a creature, effects that switch power and toughness are always applied after all other effects, so Kiln Fiend gets +6/+0 from the two triggers then its P/T is switched twice, which just puts it back to normal.

If I have 2 willbreakers on board and target an opponent's creature, so both have to be destroyed for them to get the creature back or is it controller by one of the two?

Both Willbreakers create a control-changing effect giving you control of the creature. If one of those effects ends, the other one will still be granting you control of the creature.
