Drunk Karaoke - Jotaro x reader
I said I would do it and I have now. Here’s the link to the accompanying video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwP0lerLhGg&t=2s Jotaro had often been seen drinking before. Drinking, smoking and all manner of delinquent activities. But when he was drinking, it was always lager or something with a low alcohol percentage. "Come on, JoJo!" She grinned. "Let's all go out... together! It's your birthday. You, me, Kakyoin, Avdol, Polnareff and Joseph..." she smiled up at him, tugging on his sleeve. "And why go out? We can stay here and drink... and it's cheaper." "But there's atmosphere and fun... and we can all dress up nice... Please, JoJo? I promise, if you aren't having fun, we can go home and drink at your place... ok?" Jotaro found himself looking into those deep eyes of hers. She just wanted him to have fun, hm? "Fine," he murmured, kissing her head. "Go tell the others... I'll meet you there." She beamed, kissing his cheek before practically sprinting away from him, to tell his friends. he groaned. "Great... now I have to get changed." After deliberating on it for less than a second, he just pulled on some jeans and a black shirt and jacket, deeming this suitable attire. He wasn't meeting a king or something. He leaned against the wall, lighting up a cigarette as he waited for his friends. Joseph came first, having barely changed at all, only removing that stupid hat of his, with Avdol following not far behind, dressed rather normally, compared to his usual robes. Then came Kakyoin and Polnareff, dressed rather subtly, much like Jotaro. It was the last to arrive that caught his attention. Her dress was short. Very short. He wasn't even sure it would cover her rear. It was tight on her too, at her waist and bust, giving everyone a good view of everything. There weren't even sleeves. He swallowed stiffly, before putting out his cigarette, removing his jacket and draping it over her shoulders, glowering at Polnareff, who was practically salivating. She laughed and slid her arms through his jacket sleeves, looking up at him. "You don't like it?" "That's not the problem." He murmured. "Come on, we're all here, let's get inside." he took firm hold of his girlfriend's hand and led her in, the other men laughing. They took their place in one of the booths, ordering 3 shots for each of them to ease them into the night of drinking. Once they were delivered, Y/N went first, grinning. "Bottom's up!" she laughed, before downing all three quickly, hacking slightly afterwards. Joseph laughed at her coughing before he and Avdol slammed all three without a hitch. Kakyoin intended to nurse his, but seeing the older men do it with such ease, he felt the need to prove himself. After the first, he seemed fine, but the second made him cross-eyed, and he nursed the third. Jotaro looked down at it, then at his girlfriend. "Y/N... is this meant to be fun?""No, the fun comes when you're drunk. Come on, JoJo! You're never normally a stick in the mud."He sighed, before copying his grandfather, doing all three consecutively. He coughed, as his girlfriend had, and after a moment of hanging his head, stifling the urge to groan, he then wiped his mouth, revealing a grin. "Another round." Six shots down the line, the crew was beyond loony. They laughed at nothing, leaning on one another and Polnareff had even gotten up and begun to chat with a young woman at the bar. "Ladies and gentlemen!" The host began to speak into the microphone, as the stage on the far side of the club lit up. "The karaoke stage is now open and free to anyone who has bought drinks here! Have fun, folks!" A loud uproar erupted, and soon a pair of businessmen -each hanging off one another to stand properly. Their voices were horrid, but they didn't seem to be trying to perform well. Jotaro groaned. "This is awful..." "It's meant to be." Y/N laughed. "Have you never done Karaoke before, Jotaro?" Joseph asked, eyes wide. "It's a rite of passage for young men!" "Oui!" Polnareff chirped in, returning to the booth with a handprint on his cheek. "I did karaoke when I became a man. It is what one does." "I don't. I don't sing, and if I did, it'd be better than that." Jotaro grunted, leaning back in his seat. Y/N grinned. "You wanna bet?" She teased, leaning her face in close to read his eyes. he didn't flinch. "What are we betting?" "If you go up there on stage and perform karaoke... I'll do anything you want." "Anything I want?" Jotaro asked. His voice had dropped half-an-octave, and Y/N fought all her urges not to shudder at the sound of it. "Anything you want." Jotaro chuckled, before standing up, swaying slightly on his feet, before walking over to the stage, waiting in the queue, with his eyes locked on Y/N, who cheered for him. When he stood at the microphone, having decided on his song, the guy running it grinned. "You got someone you're singing this for?" He asked, readying it. Jotaro hiccuped a moment, covering his mouth. "Er. Yeah... my girlfriend," he grunted. "Just start the damn song!" The guy nodded, then started the song, as Jotaro rolled his shoulders, trying to ready himself, as he started to sing. He was alright for the most part, hitting the notes and saying the words, but the final note was the worst, which led to Y/N and the rest of the table howling with laughter, as Jotaro hopped off of the stage and walked down to his party, smirking as though he'd won. Y/N wiped a tear from her eye as she laughed, looking up at him. "You were right... you were better than them." she managed to say, through fits of giggles, as Jotaro took her arm and pulled her up onto his shoulder, carrying her towards the toilets. Joseph, Avdol, Kakyoin and Polnareff watched, before bursting into laughter again. Anything he wanted, after all. Well, she wanted it too.
