I have such an amazing image of dean getting cas thoroughly drunk and then giving him one of these as a prank. And when cas tries to talk, in a voice a couple of octaves higher than normal obviously, he freaks out and starts shouting at dean "DEAN THIS BEER IS DEFECTIVE IT HAS BROKEN MY VOICE. DEAN WHAT DO I DO? HELP ME! STOP LAUGHING DEAN THIS IS VERY DISTRESSING!"

And deans laughing so hard loud that he's bent double, the noise causing sam to investigate only to find dean crying and red in the face while cas continues to freak even though his voice has returbed back to normal
