Spike had been on his own for the past few years and he found himself yerning for someone to spend time with. Sure he surrounded himself with people, and focusing on being a champion and fighting evil... But it wasn’t enough.

He knew Buffy was on her worn path, and she was on a path to be with Angel. He understood that and kept his distance from her team, unless they called for him. He missed... He didn’t want to admit it to himself, or why he’d come to London to look out over the Thames and up at the moon and stars.

Spike swayed a bit as he stumbled into the flat he and Drusilla had taken to staying in. He was drunk, and he was singing, loudly.

He laughed and fell onto the bed, staring up blearily at the canopy.

Drusilla never expected a music box she’d stolen from a rather handsome witch, whom she dined on earlier, would have this in it. Although, the message engraved on the box was quite vague and ominous. Either way She was helplessly giggling. She couldn’t contain her need. The brunette rustled the covers on the bed she occupied with her writhing, slender body. The moments seemed to take an eternity, but the room felt hotter and hotter. Her hands ran over her face, down over her achingly aroused figure… Dru was positively desperate.

When she heard Spike approach her eyes grew wide and hungry, her mouth falling open.  “Spike… somethin’ in the pretty box…and now I’m all empty.” She looked up with pleading eyes. “Will you help?”

“Whut’s got you riled up, then luv?” Spike asked curiously.  He’d seen her wandering hands move as he stood in the doorway, and stepped in now. “Some thing nasty get a taste of you?”
