That's a fair idea, though I'd at least like to come up with the improvements that can be found because of it. Though, we could talk to each other about it using something like Skype or Chatzy, planning out what soldiers could receive.
Though I'd still like to release the reports that are queued up, mostly because I'd rather not have them go to waste.
