Why did we leave Texas? Many have asked and some have even challenged me on the impact the Humidity has on my body. After driving for 3 days I was still feeling good. The photo on the left is day 3 of travel. Yesterday we spent the day at our storage unit, in the humidity and even though I stayed hydrated and was very active the photo on the right is the end result. My body is in so much pain and the inflammation is enough to raise my blood pressure. I love Texas and all of our Friends and Family here AND I have to be aware of how much time I spend exposed to Heat and Humidity. Thanks for understanding why we live in a less humid climate and visit humid climates, where you will find me indoors enjoying the air conditioning.
