I just had a potentially adorable idea

OK so

Dave is the same species as gingi in my au

And dave is much older, most likely, almost definitely, not knowing gingi's actual age is mildly annoying so let's just assume like 20-30 in the diatown game

So I just imagined an adult dave finding a baby gingi and just adopting them instantly like "holy shit a tiny me, but green!"

I think dave would be 30-40ish when finding gingi then because thanks to a fuck ton of annoying maths dave would be about 70ish in our year, so the dialtown game time

Mika and gingi can be siblings and it'll be adorable, and no one can legally stop me even

It's 5 am and I once again haven't slept in ages and I just imagined dave picking up a cute lil gingi larvae then taking it home and I got immediately attached

In short, Dave find baby Gingi, dave take from the streets and keeps it, Gingi and Mika are siblings and it's adorable

Oh and Gingi has more arms than Mika because they're not half-human like Mika is, so they look more like Dave did as a baby, they'll lose them naturally as they grow up like Dave did

Drawing is exhausting, especially with this much linework, which is my least favourite part of the art process, I'm going to bed lol, I don't care if it's almost noon

Jack tricking Dave into going to the vet to finally get all the shots he missed as a kid since he was homeless, the vet themselves barely escaped being mauled due to Dave's intense trauma related fear of medical settings and doctors.

Mika went willingly and was perfectly behaved the entire time compared to Dave.

They got kebabs and wings after as a treat, and so Dave wouldn't be as angry with Jack.

And no professional doctor is trying all the work to find out how the hell to treat a giant cryptid, not knowing how he'd react to medicines and that, and dave being extremely difficult around unknown doctors, he just ended up bribing a decent performing vet to make it easier.

Oh boyo, this took way too long to draw. And I'll keep making stuff that takes too long to draw, because I never learn /silly

Mika spending some time with her favorite aunt and her second favorite uncle.

She can be a pain to babysit with the whole being able to crawl on the walls and ceiling like a gecko thing but otherwise she's like a tiny scaly or sometimes fluffy cat... Like her dad is a giant scaly or sometimes fluffy cat.
