Each step brought worry to Carter as she opened each door on the main deck to make sure they held exactly what they were supposed to. Each door that was opened was empty which caused her to slowly relax and think about what she was going to do after this horrible chore. Next time Ringo was going to walk this entire ship looking in supply closets, not her.
She smiled as she passed guests and students alike. A smile could go a long way here she felt that everyone could use a smile about now. A smile could go a long way up until you saw a dead body that you were no expecting. With a jump, she screamed as the two crumpled bodies stared lifelessly back at her.
