"Glatt...put Charlie down now" Quackity demanded as he walked into the gym. He grimaced seeing his little Slime buddy held by his neck hovering over a foam mat.
"You know Quackity...you and this thing reminds me a lot of us" Glatt grinned, side eyeing him

So like Dream and Ranboo are brothers, Dream is half human half Dreamon and Ranboo is enderman/albino Dreamon (same mother) They're half brothers and after an incedent Dream ended up getting his tail and horns chopped off. He ran away with his little brother when he was 12 and Ranboo was 8 and from the incedent Ranboo started having horrid memory problems, presumably from hitting his head.
Ranboo only speaks ender but usually prefers not to speak at all. He's very tall for his age because of the enderman thing.
Papa Puffy, who has already adopted Foolish, ends up finding the two and takes them in and under her wing. She slowly starts teaching Ranboo how to speak English but is very careful and patient with him because of his memory problems. She ends up giving him his first memory book.
She raises them as if they were her own untill one day Dream just leaves without a trace after making a mask for himself. She mourns her son and eventually decides the best thing to do is try and move on, to try and soothe all over. That's exactly what what does. She takes Ranboo's memory books in hopes he'll forget about his older brother and ends up leaving him with Foolish for fear that she was the reason Dream left and she'd end up hurting Ranboo too. (Foolish ends up entrusting him to Tubbo since he doesn't exactly know what to do with his little brother) So that's brings us to modern day. Ranboo remembers a woman teaching him English and two big brothers but that's all he can remember if his time with Puffy, Dream and Foolish. Anyways hope you like it
