their relationshop with maxwell is essentially this:
they do NOT like eachother. and it's not because of the magic thing - willicker embarrassed the SHIT out of maxwell by rigging a game and making him lose miserably in front of charlie, and he's never let it go; willicker is just reacting by matching the pettiness XD
it's a back and forth of showman vs showman!

Can you tell some more things about Willicker, please?
he's one of the ocs i don't have developed as much, along with walker, wormley, and wisteria-
despite living in california for a while, he still has a southern-ish accent since he was born in louisiana. i'm a sucker for southern characters, man, i love writing out our accents and our mannerisms. though, i know texans are a world of difference compared to louisianians, and i haven't been to louisiana, not for very long that is, so i've got a little research to do in that regard on what the differences are.
other than that, his full name is John G. Willicker! (like gee whillickers, get it?) he has three brothers, all of which i haven't named lol, and his mom and dad, who are old in age and only formally considered the heads of the Carnival business. the rest is handled by the Willicker quartet.
Willicker used to be another music based oc, and he and his brothers were based on the band The Ink Spots, so to pay homage to that, Willicker and his brothers have always had a dream to save up all their money and travel america as singers. they don't, of course, because the family business is important to them.
you know the rest. Willicker embarrasses Maxwell while on a date with Charlie, he sends him to the constant later before he can get a chance to leave.
as expected, their carnival isn't exactly fair with its games or prices. that's just kind of the name of the game. however, it's one of the more respected businesses in California. just because you're unlikely to win their games doesn't mean it's impossible to do so, and Willicker himself was never a sore loser. he is a sore winner though.
i've got kind of a thing going between him and Whimsy, but i won't say much else :3
where did whimsy come from exactly. is she lesbian also
whimsy is an immigrant that grew up in texas! she and her sister were born in mexico in around the late 40s, so she's an 80s adult.
and unfortunately no </3 i could see her being bisexual, but currently she's got googoo eyes for a certain smooth talking carnie ❤️🤍
i've posted wynslow's voice before, but i haven't had the chance to post my other ocs' voices! these were all made in midi, so they're a little crunchy. i plan to make full videos with them soon!
