OMG true, Webber would become addicted to spider man, like any kid that exists, but he's way more special to him cause he's also a spider kid
Winry is just a normal girl from our time (modern times)
But this one version of Winry is from an alternative reality where Wagstaff succeds in bringing the Moon's power back to the real world. In this version, everything is futuristic, energy was replaced by Pure Brilliance, and some materials were replaced by Brightshade. Basically everything technological is powered by Pure Brilliance.
All the survivors stayed on Constant and never returned, except by Wagstaff, his actions made a Lunar Rift open in the real world, that kept "spawning" in multiple locations, until it was finally contained in 37° 14' 06" N 115° 48' 40" O, Nevada, United States. With it being contained, humans began extracting Pure Brilliance from the Rift, and farmed the Deadly Brightshades, using it as materials.
