First off, I loathe cold weather—with a passion. Texas, as well as Central Texas, has been dealing with unprecedented winter weather, with days and days of sub-freezing high temperatures, and single digit lows. I’ve been in the area for 32 years, in Texas for 41, and in New Orleans before that, and I have never lived in a place that received this much snow. It simply affirms what I’ve been saying my whole life: I’d take a month of triple degree temperatures over this anytime. There has been no frolicking in the snow for me, but I did venture out to take some photos and videos. This is a favorite photo taken from our property. It is beautiful, but enough already. We haven’t been able to venture out of our neighborhood for 6 days because of treacherous icy roads. I hope that you are safe and warm. Blessings and 🙏🏽. #HaysCtyTXWinter2/21 #CentralTXWinter2/21 #DSTXWinter2/21 #drippingspringstx https://www.instagram.com/p/CLZ0MICAeop/?igshid=1iqbafndgnmeg
