Oh mew can do anything, really. Fur externyal magic there often n33ds to be an externyal focus of some kind, though adequate magic saturating the air can sometimes be enyough!!
I often like to sing or chant, only beclaws it makes me happy and helps me focus, but its certainly not the only way to do things.
