The frogs’ town - Based on a real, once existing, street of Genova (now twisted into an anonymous desolate expressway), this frogs’ town was born, maybe to recall with amusement things and atmospheres from a not too far past, which is quickly vanishing.

Frogs’ Birth Clinic - Based on a true story, it represents St. Hedwig’s Klinik in Regensburg, where real (mammal, and not amphibious) babies are born. I must thank my dear friend Claudia for giving me both the opportunity to paint this and all the tips necessary to picture the situation, getting as closer as “froggible” to reality. Please be indulgent and turn a blind eye if I skipped the tadpoles’ phase!
