Circus help I tried eating breakfast and i took a bite and I almost finished and all of the sudden it was the most disgusting thing I've eaten and I had to finish it and I had water but my mouth tastes gross and I feel like I'm gonna be sick.

crap, are you used to eat much at breakfast? could it be that you ate too much too fast?

if the taste left in your mouth is the problem, do you have a mint or something? chewing on something that overrides the flavors might help. sage leaves maybe? doesn't taste too bad and the smell covers almost anything for a bit. strong smelling oils (any scent you like is good, mint and similar are the strongest tho) might also help with nausea?

it's best if you don't jump around too much. lay down or rest how you can. I often fell weird too after I have a big breakfast (usually only have a cup of milk in the morning) but it goes away after a while. could it be something like that?
