Changing my approach to job searching for an entry level job this week
I’m formatting my resume to each specific job (exhausting but my general one size fits all resume stopped getting hits)
I’m also going to reach out to folks in each company via LinkedIn when I see a job posting I’m qualified for
I’m also exploring the option of getting a job in another position and internally transferring to marketing also!!! However, this did not go well at my previous 2 companies I worked at so I’m scared that it might fail again
Networking is exhausting and changing my resume is exhausting and sticking with a job for a year in *hopes* of making it to another department is exhausting
But true hell on earth is extended periods of involuntary unemployement
