OH YEAH SIDEWALKS there are literally no sidewalks outside of downtown. you walk on the street or you walk in someones yard. or theres just a cliff and you have to hope u dont get run over. maybe wild turkeys will attack you who knows

in tennessee, if you see someone walking on the side of the road to get somewhere?? you Respect them,, not only is everything Very Far Apart? you’ve got all the obstacles: uncle clint in his ford pickup truck, several mean pit bulls guarding their houses, and yes. the Turkeys and Geese that will Fuck You Up!! plus the fact that the sides of roads are never clean,, so you can get complimentary tetanus and blackberry bush scrapes while you’re at it >:]] only the feral thrive, my friend

the county painted yellow stripes down the middle of a road near me, but the road is very very thin and it gets just enough use that everyone worked together to purposefully drive on the paint and Remove It. that was like a year and a half ago and now you can barely see it. the power of friendship
