what olympic event would you want to compete in if you could compete in any of them

oh gosh I wouldn't get very far in any of them because I have no athletic prowess at all

WOOOOAH okay something you love and people might think it's ironic but it's really, really not

pork, alcohol (well I don't love it but certain kinds like wine and smirnoff and yes I know - haram haram haram but I'm not consuming either of these things anymore), um... motorcycles and atv's and cars in general? oh and for some reason people are always surprised to learn that I listen to rap, so maybe that would be it 

I'm not sure what people would think is ironic :/

do you miss having a fandom blog?

for the most part, no, but yeah sometimes I do really miss all the fun I had with it and fangirling about everything and I had a lot more followers on my old blog than this one but at the same time it was lonely because not many people talked to me and I feel like I have more actual friends on this new blog, and I'm really thankful for it and I'm glad I remade because I've met a lot of wonderful people

(also that isn't to say I don't still love those shows/movies/etc but I just prefer not to blog about them :*)

ideal personality traits in a partner?

funny and generally talkative (or at least not shy and quiet and awkward), chill yet ambitious, passionate (about whatever), not quick to offense, not too serious, knows when to keep their distance/not clingy, idk 

also if you like/read Dostoevsky there's a 99.9% chance I'll fall in love with you

what's your favorite thing about summer?

NOT HAVING TO WAKE UP AT OBSCENE HOURS OF THE MORNING and also having time to read, although I also hate summer as much as I appreciate it because there's never enough to keep me busy and I hate feeling lazy and stagnant :c

do you feel patriotic towards the usa?

not really, no (unfortunately?), and for various reasons, although... I'm not patriotic to the US in its current state, but you know Sara that I love American history and I don't think it's always been unpleasant and of course there's good and bad to everything (I acknowledge that there is some good about this place, as with everywhere) -- there were periods when we were great, and I feel patriotic for America as it was in its infancy, kind of yearning for what it used to be, I guess. I know that probably doesn't make sense but I'm not sure how to explain it. and yes, there were of course other issues that were dominant in earlier periods of this country's history, but fksdjfsdj I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY THIS.but also, I don't really feel any sort of attachment to any one country. I already feel entirely disconnected from my heritage and don't consider myself anything but a citizen of the world, to be honest.

if you could speak any language what would it be

TURKISH fak I've been studying it for like a year now but it's just so hard for me to make any real progress and it's weird because it wasn't like this with the other languages I've tried my hand at learning in the past; my Russian is still like 23567876x better, oddly.
