Ok so the real rant

First off, a big concept that has yet to be explored in frontiers is the Ancients. These aliens from eons ago that fled to Mobius or Earth or Whatever, seemingly *with* the chaos emeralds.

I mention this cuz like. This truly means that the Chaos Emeralds, and likely the Master Emerald, are from other origins. All of the ancient's technology is seen to harness Chaos Emeralds, and its shown that their escape to Mobius was short lived before The End attacked once again.

Its also proven within the Egg Memos that Chaos is likely a member of the Ancients, mutated by the power of the Chaos Emeralds after so much contact with them. Likely,

The last of his kind.

So what do i think happened? I think after The End was sealed away, Chaos gathered the Emeralds and left. He made a shrine to the emeralds and their sanctity, becoming "The Server of the Seven", as he would be come to known. Harnessing the energy of the Master Emerald into a Machine, he would create a floating island out of a submerged temple, as big as the ones on the Starfall Islands.

What Chaos didnt realize in that moment, is that he accidentally took a small tribe of Echidna with him. They believed this to be a divine act, and while the Ancient meditated with the emeralds, the Echidna became a large civilization.

Insert here Events of Sonic Adventure. Chaos is Docile to the echidnas until they threaten war on the surface, in which he knocks them all out, save tikal.

A last Guardian taking a stand against evil to protect gems of ultimate power from falling into the wrong hands

Anyways combine That with a story of Knuckles rebuilding the master emerald due to a new evil, only to start finding shards of ancient technology, in which Chaos takes notice and decides Knuckles is worthy (after a mid game boss fight) to be imparted knowledge of the Ancients and their struggles against the echidnas in the hopes of preparing Knuckles to be the next lone guardian as Chaos finally decides to pass on and the spirit of tikal is there as translator and-

are you one of those swifties who were just 7 when love story came out and 13 when you discovered blank space and the entire 1989 and red albums and would hum or sing those songs without knowing what they meant, and later it felt so nostalgic when you grew up to listen to the same songs and reminisce about how it felt listening to them for the first time but now the the nostalgia is accompanied with a bittersweet feeling that lets you feel the songs and resonate with them so deeply, or are you normal?

i am ... so dumb. like okay so it's pretty obvious now that i have some sensory issues, along with possible misophonia ( + maybe adhd? idk i've been looking into it a lot and i feel like i can relate ), but it's a pretty new revelation and i'm not diagnosed with anything yet.

but like: i can't wear socks without shoes ( + even with shoes they're uncomfortable because they "touch my feet weirdly), i struggle eating because of the textures and have to have everything separated, i eat lots of crisp-like food because i "like the crunch", sounds trigger me ( like, a lot ), i hate overlapping voices, can't wear clothes with tags or inner-buttons because it irritates me, constant hand washing because i hate the way my fingers stick when they're sweaty ... must i go on? tf? how have i never realised god skjkdkajksd
