Crunchy kale and turkey dumplings Take your Thanksgiving ingredients and try something new:
- 1 pound ground turkey - 2 stalks of kale, de-stemmed and chopped - 2 stalks of celery, finely diced - 1 bunch of scallions, chopped - 1/2 vidalia onion, finely diced - 1 teaspon freshly minced ginger - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce - 2 tablespoons of sesame oil - Cracked pepper - 1 egg
