Ingredients: 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined. 200g crab meat. 100g scallops, chopped. 2 spring onions, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. 1 package dumpling wrappers. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, scallops, spring onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add dumplings in a single layer and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully pour in enough water to cover the bottom of the skillet. Cover and cook until the dumplings are tender and the filling is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate. Transfer dumplings to a serving plate. For the dipping sauce, mix together soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl. Serve alongside the dumplings.
