This little rat was found in a dumpster with his brothers and sisters right at the start of the pandemic and has now finally been neutered so he can hopefully find a new home. Of course, there's a tiny problem with that plan, and that's that he isn't very well behaved. In fact, he acted like a totally feral rat at the vet today!
