Shin and Showa Ghidorah Creation

Trial run #7. Project Ghidorah has produced its first living prototype. The embryo is developing well within its artificial egg.

Prototype: Shin Ghidorah Pros -Very large -Very Powerful -Durable armor impervious to enemy fire -Agile -Able to detect life-forms -Gravity manipulation. Seems to have learned to use these abilities in unexpected and novel ways. -Built to form bonds. Will be raised to trust and love its creators and establish absolute loyalty.

Cons -Must be fed and watered. Very expensive to upkeep. Termination considered. -Growing too large to sustain with available resources. Termination considered. -Displaying increasingly aggressive behavior towards scientists. Seems to fail in bonding and resists our experimentations. Termination considered. -Capable of breeding due to oversight. Has attempted to breed with enemy kaiju. Distraction nearly resulted in destruction. Termination considered. -Fails to show basic hygienic behavior. Requires daily grooming maintenance. Resulted from possible error in gene splicing. Will resolve in Final Product. -Injuries slow to heal. Prone to infection due to aforementioned lack of grooming behavior. A mind-control chip is in production. Will be implanted in the Prototype to test its effectiveness before its Termination.

... The Prototype has escaped before chip’s completion. Has fled from the planet into space. Efforts to track and terminate has failed.

We have learned from this. Production on the next egg has already begun. Embryo is reaching maturity at an accelerated rate. Mind control chip will be implanted before birth.

Final Product: Showa Ghidorah Pros -Very large -Very powerful -Immune to toxins -Durable armor impervious to enemy fire. Improved upon from prototype. -Regeneration powers. Direct improvement from prototype -Exhibits proper grooming behavior. Direct improvement from prototype. -Gravity manipulation abilities. -Life-form detection made even more precise than in prototype. -Mind control chip has been implanted before birth. Success. -Indoctrination to its mission has begun in the egg upon gaining Awareness. Success. -Growth inhibitors unnecessary. Subject does not require resources to survive. Lacks all organs and instincts not constructive towards to the mission. -Incapable of reproducing. Unauthorized breeding impossible. -Soft manes whose shed can be harvested for fabric! Great for the economy! -Appearance very appealing to the masses! Great for tourism!

Cons -Incredibly hostile, even moreso than the prototype. Even with the assurance of the mind-control chip, the Higher Ups mandated that it must be kept under heavy sedation when not in use.

The bioweapons project has been completed. Every test mission has been a success! All hostile and potentially hostile planets are cleansed as they are discovered. The general populace has accepted the Final Product as their god. Mission successful.

We are safe.

....

A.I. has malfunctioned. It has ceased the production of the sedative. The mind-control chip has been deactivated.

Ghidorah has turned on the masses.

No response from the Higher Ups.

Currently tracking his mind-control chip, he is making his way back towards the laboratory.

Is this the ending of what we've begun? Will we remember what we've done wrong?

We’ve already decided on one cosplay for next year and we’re definitely doing Raleigh Supercon again...and that’s all we know, lol.

But, if something else pops up, then I’ll just use this post to update along the way.

Update #1 7-31-17 Two major cosplays are now being decided for next year. Now to find at least one more con to visit!

Also, I (Sucre-tarte), may have some surprises in store until then since I have this creative itch going. Of course, if my cousin, Afro-Leo wants to join, she is more than welcome to!
