Summer will be Vantastival

Forget about Glastonbury this year (I mean seriously who want to go and see U2 anyway, they’re about as musically talented and as enticing as a Katie Price goldfish lookalike), forget about rocking out at Reading/Leeds and don’t even bother picking up a line-up for Download or that V Festival, because the only festival that’s going to kick *ss this summer is Vantastival – a 4 day hippy petrol head love-in, situated in Dunany, Co. Louth, just an hour up from Dublin. The 4 day camper extravaganza starts on April the 29th and will host thousands of auto- obsessed fanatics, eager to show off their VW camper vans and custom crafted rigs. If you feel like spending the weekend listening to an eclectic mix of bands, whilst bumbling around and talking to other equally enthused petrol heads then Vantastival is definitely the place to be. If you're interested in the line-up, or picking up tickets then head on over to the Vantastival page, but if you truly want to blend in and rock up in style then you best start looking around for a used van, or a sweet hippy wagon, flower power and all.
