Trail run with @falda_runs this morning up in the Sidlaws. Flashback to the Portsmouth marathon in *checks medal* 2016! Did this one with @falda_runs and she trounced my time even though she was pregnant at the time 😂 So if you want running tips follow her, she’s a great runner & does ultras now. 👍 I’m still trying to master the marathon distance and training to reduce my my time by a lot next race, but aren’t we always 😂😂😂 Really enjoying the training and might do the Portsmouth event again to track my progress. It’s flat and fast but a bit dull, doubling back along the coast. 26.2 miles ran in the last three days, which is a good way to start to get into marathon shape.
