Okay so Dune had a glossary in the back, and y'know why? Because the Dune universe has a lot of fuckin weird words in it. So obviously, they made glossaries standard in the continued books, right?

Which means I must do what any Trekkie Duniverse fan would do in this situation: go to Memory Alpha the Dune Fandom page ...
So of course this is a word Frank made up, for a completely unrelated book, in which he provided just enough context to inspire the imagination with a clear outline, without explicitly describing it enough to enforce a specific idea.
And of course it had nothing to do with the Dune universe until Brian & Kevin decided to use it with practically no context for us to figure out wtf a chairdog is 😭😭
