Dunk x Raymun | Applehedge

Raymun who is so honest and always wants to do things right. So when he gets knighted merely for the sake of the trial of seven doesn't feel he's completely earned his knighthood despite Dunks many reassurances. Of course it's not like he can be a squire for Steffon anymore so he makes the decision he will be Dunks squire (who said he couldn't have two?) and travels with him and Egg for awhile.

Dunk is incredibly (not) normal about this.

He lies awake every night feeling incredibly guilty for tricking Raymun into thinking he's a legitimate knight. While also trying to fight off the lewd thoughs that come with having such handsome man sleep beside him.

Having to wake up to Raymuns sleepy more gravely voice each morning.

Bathing in rivers with him trying not to sneak glances at his smooth pale milky skin that slowly tans as he lives more of his life on the road. Raymun even shares his sweet fancy apple scented soap with Dunk and all he can think about after he uses it is how he smells like Raymun.

Sharing beds in inns because they're both to stubborn to let the other sleep on the floor.

It's those nights where against all odds Dunk sleeps the best with Raymuns face gently pressed into the crook of his neck his scruff tickling the senstive skin, their bodies flush against each other (Dunk can barely fit in a bed as is).

Everytime they've shared a bed Dunks woken feeling Raymun pressing against him and his own body reacts accordingly.

Still those are his favorite nights (and it's not because they're not sleeping under the stars for once).

Raymun of course had his own motives for becoming Dunks squire he's just going slow cause he knows Dunk is shy ;)

The true reason why Raymun was always offering Dunk drinks during the tourney was because he loved to see the way it allowed Dunk to unwind...

He feels only marginally guilty about it. After all Dunk is always so shy and nervous, he's not a big talker and even though Raymun loves that about him he also loves to hear his voice and get a better look into his mind.

So whenever he can he fills his cup and sits him down for a drink or two (It takes alot for a man of that size to feel the effects) and watches with a barely concealed pleased smile as Dunks shoulders untense.

He's still shy but he's more vocal about his feelings, praising Raymun endlessly whenever he starts to go past tipsy.

Raymun savors those moments of Dunk seemingly unburdened from his worries. He loves to hear his laugh loud deep and shamless. He drinks along side him when he can for a little bit of liquid corage, Raymun always gets touchy when he drinks, enjoying the way the big man leans into the brush of his fingers.

Tall apple omegaverse where Raymuns instincts make him want to keep his alpha (Dunk) well fed and thinks his feelings are obvious. Meanwhile Dunk just thinks Raymun is just a sweet kind friendly omega who's outside of his class and league.
