The Trinity Vintage Series from Glenfarclas is a coordinated range that highlights the three key elements that define the typical character of this family-run Speyside distillery: the use of Oloroso sherry casks, the classic dunnage warehouses, and the direct-fired stills.
This whisky comes from the 2014 vintage and was matured entirely in sherry casks. This imparts the warm, dense, and fruity style for which Glenfarclas is particularly well known.
Maturation in traditional dunnage warehouses—with their cool stone walls, earthen floors, and low ceilings—ensures that the whisky develops slowly and evenly. This environment promotes rounded, juicy flavors and a harmonious interplay between cask and distillate.
