Is there a term for when you’re multisexual, but your attraction to one of those genders fluxes? Ex: My attraction to women and nb people is static, but my attraction to men fluxes, and is sometimes nonexistent, or sometimes quite intense.
You could either use something like nomaflexible (since the flexible suffix usually means “may also be into other genders but rarely/not all the time”), or something like panflux/polyflux (that usually mean being pan/ply but having a gender preference that changes over time).
And there’s also biflux, which I’ve seen used in three different ways:
1) Someone is always attracted to two or more genders, but those genders change over time (eg: someone is attracted to men and women sometimes, to women and nonbinary people sometimes, only to nonbinary people other times, and so on);
2) Someone is bi and has a fluid preference or intensity between those genders, but they are probably always attracted to the same genders;
3) Someone is bi, but their orientation is fluid in a way they may sometimes be attracted to no gender or to just one gender. They consider bi their “base orientation”, though.
Come to think of it, polyflux may also be used as “fluctuates between bi, ply and pan”, which probably means the person is sometimes attracted to all genders and sometimes to less genders than that. That’s fairly accurate.
And there’s always duo, for those who fluctuate between two or more known orientations, such as nomasexual and pansexual on your scenario.
