The real question is

I'm in the process of writing a 20+ chapter epic canon compliant Destiel fanfiction

But my husband actually watched every episode of Supernatural to the bitter end, including the finale

So which of us is the bigger fan?????

I've been putting off watching the last episode of season 8. I'm pretty sure that some important stuff happens in it, canon-wise, but somehow I just can't bring myself to hit "play." I'm close to just giving up and starting over at season 1, which I'd planned on doing anyway.

Similar sort of thing happened when I was playing Red Dead Redemption (one of the best games ever made, btw). I got to the very last main quest segment of the game, and saw the title. The quest was called "The Last Enemy That Shall Be Defeated." Took one look at that bullshit, hollared a NOPE and still technically haven't beaten the game. 

It's not that I hate endings, it's that I hate painful ones.

I think you guys should know that I've written about 35,000 words so far of my Destiel fic and that Cas and Dean just kissed for the first time. 

I mean there's "slow burning romance" and then there's my pace, which is more like "burns slower than a coal fire on the sun." 

I'm legitimately worried that I might have to do something about this pacing. 

Best part? I'm probably only like 1/3 of the way through.

Doubleplus best part? At this rate, sexytimes will commence in approximately 65 million years.
