Mesh screen for hot gas filtration
Separation of particles from hot gas streams is needed by several industries. With the increasing need of pollution control and energy saving by reusing hot process gases, several changes in temperature ranges which are not suitable for standard polymeric media and where a change to metallic and other media is required.
Hot gas filtration Inconel mesh screens can withstand 1000oC depending on the material grade in vigorous corrosive conditions. We also produce the mesh screens for catalytic oxidation process. The process is conducted at high temperatures in the range of 800oC to 950oC and a pressure range of 1 to 15 bars. The mesh clothes are used as separation screen to conduct the filtration process.
