My Wooper art for part 2 of @poketcg-art 's TCG Art Challenge! We're on Johto rn and I got lovely little goober Wooper! :D Had a hard time deciding what card to do so I had some friends vote for me! This one got picked and I'm happy cuz I was hoping to do both a shiny and regular wooper if it did!

Tried to play with the textures a bit to give it a storybook-like illustration feel. I'm pretty happy with this one!
