Moon 0: Unshackled

It's started. I'm officially committed to drawing these silly kitties. Love that for me :)

There's still a second part to moon 0 (got some more guys to introduce) and then we'll get to like actual plot. I prommy.

You probably get this question a lot... BUT! Do you have a certain process when drawing? Like, do you have warm ups and what not? Do you draw when you feel like it or do you set a daily goal to draw? Just... asking for a friend, lol

Oh, those are good questions. Haha. Well, sometimes I have something very specific planned for a piece. Like, I see it in my head and then put it to paper. A lot of times I just draw whatever comes to mind at the time. I usually start sketching something and think “oh, I could add this or that.” Most of the time my sketches are random doodles that got more elaborate the more I sketch. And as for drawing goals, I try to sketch some everyday, if I can. Even if it’s a quick doodle. I like to be able to keep drawing so I don’t get stagnant, even if I’m going through an art block. The best way to improve is to keep drawing, so that’s what I like to do. :) You never really finish growing as an artist. I hope that helps!

Dustclan is about a group of kittypets who live in their old owners’ abandoned neighborhood. Just until they get back, of course. I’m sure it won’t be very long.

A 1965 El Diablo… not a Cadillac.

In the show, yes; It’s an El Diablo. But the Stanleymobile is modeled after the car in the photo on this post, which is the 1965 Cadillac De Ville.
