Hannibal was sipping his morning coffee and reading the news when Abigail came in the kitchen. " Good morning Abigail." He said, without glancing up at first. " Fresh yogurt with fruit and homemade granola in the fridge if you're hungry." He put down the paper and looked to his daughter with a smile. " Your dad is still asleep. Jack had him out late. So it's just us this morning. Do you have plans for the day?" He asked, making polite conversation as he held the cup between his hands. It was a rich coffee he had imported so the warm scent filled the room. " I have a couple clients to see this afternoon but I wanted to know if you would like to attend the opera tonight. I have an extra ticket."

@dustoire I have known for minute now and dust is not only just a ray of sunshine whom I love, they are also so creative. I love how much creativity has been put into Jasper (if you don't follow @con5p1racy you are missing out) literally all my muses adore him. Don't even get me started on Kenny either!!! Ugh I could ramble. I have such a smile on my heart anytime we interact. Also dust puts up with a lot of nonsense from me 🩷

@retriibutions because I can't do this and not shout out my irl best friend and love of my life/Tumblr husband. Noah!!! I'm gonna keep this about Tumblr and not ramble about irl stuff. Noah is truly such a descriptive and fun person to write with. He puts his all into his characters and the fun is so clear to see. I love seeing people have fun with their muses. Hes so fluid in his writing and every thread is fun to read. I creep more than he knows but shhh.

Paperwork was spread out, covering most of the desk's surface save for a mug and an ashtray, both decorated in the neon scribbles of his adopted daughter (as were most of the things Jinx managed to get her grubby little hands on.) A cigar was being periodically tapped towards the ashtray, collecting a tidy pile of ash with each tap before another long, lazy drag was being taken from it, smoke rising in a thin lazy line.

Silco was meant to be doing paperwork. Paperwork paperwork. It never seemed to end; not with the noose of Piltover growing tighter and tighter with each passing day. They were adapting. The enforcers were growing too quickly and the new blood entering the force were asking too many questions.

"Sulking are we?" The question was directed up, towards the rafters of his office, where he knew Jinx to be lingering, just barely catching sight of one of her long blue braids out of the corner of his vision. The cigar moved to rest between his lips before he leant back in the chair, finally allowing his full attention to be raised upward.

"What seems to be the problem today, Jinx?"

Harry's hand froze mere inches from the handle- the truth was he had been about to leave- did that make him a bad guy? Socializing was difficult even at the best of times, and these were definitely not the best of times.

"I-"

Suddenly words didn't seem to want to work for him and after a moment he just nodded; looking kind of deflated. He wasn't about to lie to her, he wasn't cruel. "Yeah I was. I think it'd be better for everyone if I did."

" Welcome to Raisins! Two of you? Right this way." The young Brunette led the men to a table by the bar and it took no time for Lexus to show up. " Thank god you two came in. I was getting bored." She said, out of habit in a flirty tone as she laid down napkins. " I'm Lexus. I'll be your Raisins girl." She noticed House first and immediately started paying attention. " What can I get you to drink? Mercedes is on bar tonight and she makes the best drinks." She smiled at Wilson and twirled a long red strand of hair around her finger. " Have you two been here before?" She asked. She sported barely there shorts and a low cut cropped white tank. She knew she looked good and she wasn't shy about it. Nor was she shy about being into older men so she brushed her hand over House's arm and winked. " Okay so let me go put these drink orders in and I'll be right back. Don't miss me too much!"

Joaquin walked up to Jasper and looked exhausted. Another long night of helping out with the Serpents and helping a drunk FP. " I'm sorry I didn't call you last night. I got caught up. Had some deliveries and then delivered a trashed FP home to bed." He shook his head but he wouldn't change it. The Serpents were his family and FP was really the only father he had so he would spent endless nights doing anything needed. " Tell me you didn't cave and watch the movie without me? I've been dying to see it." He ran a hand through his dark hair and stared up at the taller male. " What about Pops and a movie? I'll tell FP I just can't be at work tonight."

🌤 — Broken might be an understatement. At least, in Isha’s opinion. Because broken usually means it can be fixed. And this…

🌤 — Isha huffs, resting her arms on her knees from her crouched position and dropping her chin on top of it all. She stares, pouting at the wreckage before her.

It would be fine if it had been something that was supposed to explode. Jinx makes things like that all the time, and they look really cool! But Isha had wanted to make something that walks, not something that blows up. And it wasn’t even a cool explosion!

🌤 — After a long moment of staring at the definitely-more-than-broken little gadget (robo-beetle will have to come another day. Maybe she’s not ready for that kind of wiring yet,) Isha turns her gaze to Jinx. Big amber eyes blink up at her sister? Mama? Caretaker, and one little hand lifts to point at the wreckage, now that the last tiny plume of smoke had dissipated. The question clear between them, even though no words are spoken
