I’m gonna say something possibly controversial
In my headcannon Levi isn’t French
He’s Dutch
LET ME EXPLAIN
Recently I introduced my bf to AOT. He loved it and Levi ended up being one of his favorite characters. But he also pointed something out to me. When he found out people think Levi is French he disagreed. He’s Dutch and he said Levi’s first name is one he’s seen used several times in the Netherlands and his last name is a Dutch last name.
So in my head I have now decided Levi is at least of Dutch descent. Because I can. This is my headcannon and I will keep going with it
