My lionesses and I were fighting against Nala, Zarabi, and their wimpy pride.

Now why would I get tired of being this flawless?
Zira, Did you ever really love your Cubs, or did you only care about power? And if you did care about them, why would you try and make them kill Simba?
Of course I loved my cubs! I wanted them to have the best in life and not have to struggle in the outlands like their mom had to. I was so determined to give them the life they deserved that I thought it was smart to get rid of things that were in our way. Simba was in our way.

Jafar, why did you change into a snake during your battle with Aladdin?
A snake seemed wise at the time, and of course, I had all reason to after his little taunt. Words have consequences, and I believe his was rather amusing.
Jafar, how were you able to to hide your true nature and overall nastiness(which is a good thing in your case) from the Sultan? And did you have a plan before Aladdin came along?
Simply good acting. And it did, of course, help that the Sultan was a complete, blundering fool who was far too trusting and idiotic for his own good. As for my plan, I’m not entirely sure what you ask; a plan to become Sultan? It is true that I did want to take the position, and I was brewing it by plotting for the lamp, but marrying the princess was suggested to me by Iago.
