Is there a way to exchange or replace DVDs you’ve had for years, but have somehow become damaged or faulty? Because in my Doctor Who rewatch I’ve realized/remembered that a few DVDs from my boxsets are problematic, but I bought them way back in 2006/07/08.
So far I’ve had at least four DVDs where everything just stops working and I have to give certain scenes a wide berth for things to function. Like I had to skip the end of “The Idiot’s Lantern” entirely because something went wrong so badly, and as far as I can remember, I’ve always had to restart my media player and skip ahead a couple minutes in “The Poison Sky” right after they set the atmosphere on fire.
I just really don’t want to have to spend another $30-$60 on each boxset AGAIN.
