–act ii, scene i ★☆ ssw & csy
it is a fact, and a well known one, that son seungwan doesn’t mind helping--what probably makes her the only person in the entire town to fall under that category. the girl doesn’t know what it is, but there’s just a burst of happiness inside her heart to see someone happy because of something she did, and when it comes to friends or her work, it’s just impossible for her to deny an opportunity to feel that way again, despite how selfish that might sound.
but then, sometimes it’s too much, and not even seungwan can deny it when her boss calls her as soon as her lunch is finished, way before working hours, so she can help him out with “something” and all, by then, she can think of is that she is thankful hyejin is not around (or the green pixie would try to shoot you again, birdie. wouldn’t she?).
twenty minutes later, safe and sound and with no bullet or rock wounds, she stands in front of her boss, a frown marking her face and mouth slightly agape as if she was horrified. the short girl could be fine with helping around and fixing any issue that might come up, but sometimes this man was too much. seungwan was not his handywoman--she had a few jobs besides this one and they required that her time would be used better than in cleaning the place of her night shifts.
but as the man continues to speak, she realizes this is a lost case. the theater was falling to pieces and dust, the last one even starting to gather around on the front seats, so the writer supposes if they have the opportunity to get this cleaned to their audience, it would be now. a sigh escapes her pink lips as a sign of her resignation, and she stares as the now more pompous and content man, who is now going through papers to find something she yet did not know of.
and while he fumbled with them, a female she did not recognize as a staff entered the dressing room, long dark hair and beautiful slightly tanned skin from her face to (probably) the end of her long legs. something in her face looked so familiar seungwan’s frown dissipated to give place to her bottom lip jutting out slightly in thought. her memory wasn’t one to usually fail, but between her dreams, nightmares and the nights spent awake, even the most healthy minds could give in sometimes (and wendy’s--oops, seungwan’s was nothing like healthy).
“her name is....ah, seoyoung? is this right? well anyways, miss seoyoung, this is seungwan and she will be helping you today and--”
“sooyoung? we know each other, don’t we?” the female with lagoon blue eyes can not help but ask, lips breaking into a small smile as she takes one step closer in interest.
